tradesarray high low open close not shown on first result if numtrade =0

Maybe there is a trivial explanation for it or it's a little bug.

http://5.9.253.196:7782/api/stats/tradesarray?base=CHIPS&rel=KMD&timescale=60&starttime=1513603380&endtime=0

Returns the following:

it does not show high low avg open close if no trade happened but it does it for continues timescales.

you can recreate it by changing the timescale to a starttime without timescale

http://5.9.253.196:7782/api/stats/tradesarray?base=CHIPS&rel=KMD&timescale=60&starttime=1513603680&endtime=0

The first is again 0 and the continues results are set.
