#48 Build python 3.6 libraries against latest amazon linux AMI

  • Rebuilt the 3.6 libraries on a t2.micro with AMI ID amzn-ami-hvm-2018.03.0.20190611-x86_64-gp2 (ami-035b3c7efe6d061d5)
  • Updated to psycopg2 2.8.3

Should resolve #48 for 3.6
