Including OpenUnlearning

Thank you for maintaining this great resource! We recently introduced and are maintaining OpenUnlearning (https://github.com/locuslab/open-unlearning), which is a framework that unifies existing LLM unlearning implementations with clean, efficient and easily extensible implementations. It's gotten a lot of attention and we expect many users to implement future unlearning methods and benchmarks in OpenUnlearning so that it becomes a one-stop location for all LLM unlearning practitioners. Since this repository is one of the most popular entry points for unlearning, we would be very grateful if you could present OpenUnlearning here. I am raising this as an issue as I'm unsure where OpenUnlearning's description would go on this page, which mostly links papers. If you make any suggestion I can raise a PR adding our framework's link and description.
