Call for maintainers!

I am wondering if this project is still active, I see PRs not merged for a while and issues with no answer.

I would be happy to help if the owners are occupied with other projects.

The project is still in use by many people as proven by a growing volume of downloads month over month. However, @KanoYugoro and myself have not had the time to improve it. I just sent an invite to @pioug this morning and will do the same for you @dkokic.

Consider this a call for maintainers! I have no problem granting more people access to manage this project, especially given my lack of time to improve it myself. If anyone is interested in helping to maintain this project please don't hesitate to ask for permissions.

@dkokic I also gave @pioug access to publish to npm this morning. If you have an npm profile that I can associate with it that will allow you to publish updates too!

Ideally if someone can setup automated systems to publish to npm then we shouldn't need to grant too many people access to npm and can instead focus on a pull request review/publish process apart from npm. Someone would have to set that up though.

@mtscout6 I agree. I must admit I have never setup a CD pipe on Github, but hopefully it is not a rocket science. My profile on npm is kodra

I am also candidate for helping to maintain this project

I wish I could help more with this project but I don't require the level of JIRA use for work anymore, so I haven't used it in quite a while! Huge thanks to the volunteers in this thread though.

Thank you @mtscout6 for putting your trust in me!

I just messed up a release though 🙈 npm run release minor --dry-run didn't work as I expected 🙈🙈 I re-published v6.4.1 as v6.4.3 right away just in case. At least, I understand how things work now.

I think we're still good for a "patch" bump (https://github.com/jira-node/node-jira-client/releases/tag/untagged-642d346f0369ee124852).
