(Plan to) release to the forge

There have been some significant fixes in this module since 0.9.0 was released on the forge in May 2014. Is it possible to at least plan a new release to be published on puppetforge? It not very good practice to use the master branch in production environments in my opinion, but I kind of "need to" now.

@dbeckham yes, but we're currently working some major changes, see #116 and @tombar's upcoming changes…
