Not running on my MT4

Thanks for your tool, but unfortunattely, it's seems not working currently on mt4 (server and client, both). I can't activate the script.

This version is it always running ? Maybe i did something wrong ?

Any people did have the same issue to me ? I can do screenshot if the issue is just present on my setup.
