wrong color showed on RankNet when plotting only one specific pathway

the VEGF pathway on y axis should be red to represent more communication prob in Normal group, but it's green instead, is it a bug?

I am also having the same issue, and it looks like @DelongZhou is as well. In my case, the coloring of the pathway text matches the coloring order of the full RankNet plot with all pathways, starting from the bottom. In other words, if my full RankNet plot displaying all pathways is green for the bottom 20 pathways, except for the pathways that are 7th and 13th from the bottom which are black, then if I plot any 20 pathways with the signaling = argument, they will all be green except the 7th and 13th pathways from the bottom of the plot, which will be black. This will be the case regardless of what color text the pathways originally had in the full plot with all pathways. @sqjin, do you know why this is happening, and what part of the rankNet plot object we can manually modify in the meantime while awaiting the bug fix? Thank you!
