comparable L-R expression among groups but only one group showed meaningful communication of the signaling pathway chosen

Please see my screenshot, I have 4 groups for comparison, they seemed to show comparable L-R expression for this signaling pathway, however, only one group (the very top one) successfully generated signals. Anyone can enlighten me of why?

@winner0809 This is interesting. Have you figured it out? Can you check the inferred communication probability and its assciated p-values via 'object@net$prob[, 'GRN_SORT1']' and 'object@net$pval[, 'GRN_SORT1']'?

@sqjin i guessed the same as you, thinking it's probably p values dropped below nominal, however, see my new screenshots of the 4 groups prob and pval. i am surprised to see even prob is 0 for the 3 groups that didn't show communicaiton. Any idea why?
