Include an Optional Internal / Built-in SSH terminal as an optional alternative to putty/kitty/etc

I'm beginning to experiment with this possibility. There are a couple reasons I can see why this might make sense:

• SPSL - can both read and write to the terminal
• Window Switching

This issue is to help keep track of related work.
