[Feature Request] Track original path instead of assuming ~

I would like to track files like `~/.ssh/config` but Briefcase ignores the path and assumes everything is directly in the users home directory.

Hi, What is the best way to deal with large `.directories` (i.e. `.emacs.d`, `oh-my-zsh`, etc.), which are already under version control? Thank you for briefcase!
