Varnish 4.0

Can't seem to get this to compile under Varnish 4.0.3 is this supported yet?

Hi @alistar79 @vekexasia - there's an open PR to add varnish 4 support, but we don't run any varnish 4 nodes in our environment, so I've been unable to verify functionality, and the varnish-cache wikis don't see to have a lot of information on how to develop for both versions.

Pointers appreciated.

@jib I don't know a lot re dev im afraid but I do see others create a branch 4.0 and 3.0 branch and merge changes to them both. Happy to test for you tho :)

https://github.com/varnish/libvmod-digest is supporting both maybe a good starting point to copy
