当我去刷新适配器的时候 数据会回到第一项

如果用.notifyItemChanged(i); 会报错 java.lang.IllegalStateException: Two different ViewHolders have the same change ID. This might happen due to inconsistent Adapter update events or if the LayoutManager lays out the same View multiple times. 如果用.notifyDataSetChanged; 列表会回到第一项
