Tail call optimization

This is a shot in the dark but any chance of tail call optimization being introduced to Toffee (Brushtail style)?

I'm sorry, I'm afraid it is out of my ability. and if the call is async tail call optimize will be useless, if it is sync, it should be optimized by JavaScript instead of CoffeeScript.
