Portable Password Checking

Are you open to a PR that would add the ability to check passwords that were encrypted using PHPass with portable hashes enabled?

(Just now getting around to reviewing a few projects I don't have the resources to actively maintain anymore.)

If you or anyone is still interested in writing this I would certainly be open to it!
