upgrading/merging and optimising

Hello good Sir!

I was just wondering if you are considering updating your code base by merging in any changes from Michael Brutman's latest updates to mTCP (specifically mTelnet), or whether this project is defunct?

I also note that there is quite a performance difference between Mtelnet and your version. Is there any plans to alter your code to tweak that at any point?
