Feature Request: Enable Units Settings Consistency across View/Units and File/Page Size

Currently view units in the drawing can be set to points or mm. Units in the "page setup" can be only inches.

Recommended to add inches as an option in drawing units under "View" and add mm and pts as options in the "File" / "Page Size" setup

Goal: Allow a user to choose a common set of units for a drawing instance without the need of offline manual calculator conversion.

I'd propose to make this localization support consistent across all features. Using placeholders like %width%, %height% and %length% only support pt and not even inches. Would love to see here also mm, cm or meters.

Does it make sense to have it within this feature request or should this be an additional request?

I think this issue is different from #3327, as this issue is syncing between object and page size units. I believe #3327 does not cover File / Page Size units?

The quick fix is allowing the same set of units in options across objects and page sizes. Localization would solve this more generally.
