Searching for shape returning results from all libraries, not just the selected ones.

Describe the bug When I am searching for a shape, I would imagine that the search results would be from the shapes that have been added to the diagram. However it is returning results from all available libraries. This happens both in the browser and the desktop app.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new file
2. Add shape AWS19
3. Search for lambda
4. You will see all lambda shapes, not just AWS19

Expected behavior I expect it to only return the shapes I have told it I want to use.

I would also like to see this implemented, or at least have 2 sections of returned shapes: one section for selected shapes and another section for "other results".
