[IBM2 Request] Include shape orientation with text writing direction.

Describe the solution you'd like Auto flip shape horizontally when Text direction is right-to-left, and set Text direction to right-to-left for IBM Global Plex Fonts that require it, or if user manually sets Text direction to right-to-left.

Example in attachment shows left-to-right shapes on the left and right-to-left shapes on the right where the text would be replaced by the right-to-left language on the right shape.

Example was created by setting flipH=1 for demonstration purposes. However, flipH=1 also flips the icon which should not be flipped for this feature.

For left-to-right text direction the badge/multiplicity/etc is on the right, so with right-to-left text direction and shape flipped for this feature would also mean that badge/multiplicity/etc is on the left.
