Share link of folder downloads file instead of opening in app

similar to #4 and #19

• create a drawio file
• share the folder via link (and e.g. set a password)
• open the link
• when clicking now on the created drawio file it only downloads the file, instead of opening in the app

Additionally, if creating files is allowed in the shared folder, the "create new file"-button (+) is missing an entry for draw.io files.
