API call to docker container.

Hello team, I want generate diagram from csv and I can do this from UI But I want to know. Can I execute API call with csv body for generate diagram and download svg in the end.

Any way will be good, not only docker container, I want to understand, do I have possibility to execute API calls. Thanks
