How to migrate from angular2-webpack-starter to angular2-fullstack-starter

I have built my project using the structure of angular2-webpack-starter but that there I cannot find a way to start my app on server and then move to angular 2 part that way you have done .

Now the problem is I able easily able to do server side part with your repo and I want to include it in my app built using angular2-webpack-starter . Please guide me a way to do so .
