Support MAVEN_ARGS in frogbot

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When Scanning a JAVA project that contains MAVEN_ARGS in the pom.xml we can't pass them to the pom.xml which makes the scan fail.

Describe the solution you'd like to see Frogbot support for MAVEN_ARGS passing in order to be able to scan the project.

Describe alternatives you've considered Frogbot can support additional commandline parameters for Maven projects that would enable adding those variables instead of directly support MAVEN_ARGS
