Describe the bug

Frogbot should not create fixing pull requests for SNAPSHOT versions. SNAPSHOT versions are special versions of a package that refer to the latest production code. These versions are naturally 'unstable' and may point to a changing version.

Current behavior

Frogbot does not take into account whether the package is in a SNAPSHOT version
