Publish docker images with Frogbot, to use in containerized pipeline jobs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Having to have the binary downloaded every time the pipeline runs is a waste of bandwidth.

Describe the solution you'd like to see Please publish Docker images (linux and windows) with frogbot installed, so we can use them in our containerized pipelines.

Describe alternatives you've considered Building my own image, but then I have to keep pace with new releases.
