S3 Bucket in the sa-east-1 region

Hi,

The application can't use s3 bucket in the sa-east-1 region, only in the us-east-1.

Can you help me with this?

I've never tried that region, and I also have not updated this code in quite some time. Can you try updating the version of boto to the newest available and retry? The current requirements.txt pins this to an older version that may not support the correct signature methods for all aws regions.
