Please use different host for binaries

Currently the binaries are hosted at: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/14493611/batch_importer_20.zip Files hosted on dropbox are too easy to change (on purpose or accident), and the file cannot be trusted to stay at the same url. Hosted under a neo4j or github-pages domain would be less volitile.

I've added a maven repo under my fork of this project, but it is only intended for Neo4j 2.0.1 at the moment. Based on the changes I had to make, it will not be compatible with 2.0.0 or prior.
