Allow Field From File to be mapped multiple times when loading records

Enhance the "Add Manual Mapping" or add another button to be able to map a field from the input file multiple times, for example, the same field data needs to be loaded to 2 salesforce fields or is also used as a reference.

Simple workaround now is to duplicate the column in the input file.
