Manage Apex Class Permissions

Describe the problem you are trying to solve Our org has many apex classes, and managing them from the profile/perm set page causes SF setup to crash browsers. We can edit profiles but not perm sets from the apex class page.

Under Manage Permissions, allow controlling access to the SetupEntity records such as Apex.
