[BUG] Ubuntu's dpkg doesn't support ZST compression, breaking `apply_binaries.sh`
Describe the issue
The file nvidia-l4t-kernel-headers_4.9.253-tegra-32.6.1-20210726122859_arm64.deb uses ZST compression which is supported in the more recent Debian versions of dpkg, but unfortunately not yet in Ubuntu 18.04. This breaks the script preparing the BSP at the moment.
Which version of Ubuntu on the Host machine Ubuntu version: 18.04.6
What version of L4T/JetPack L4T/JetPack version: 32.6.1
Which Jetson Jetson: Not relevant
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: For example, what command line did you run?
On a fresh Ubuntu 18.04.6 VM, clone the repo (optionally install unzstd as well, although that won't help) and issue
sudo ./get_jetson_files.sh
Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Expected the script to return without error :)
Additional context Looking into replacing dpkg with a more recent one currently.
Another option would be to downstream the nvidia-l4t-kernel-headers_4.9.253-tegra-32.6.1-20210726122859_arm64.deb file and repackage it using gzip.
