Support ignoring via range select

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to add multiple files to .gitignore or .git/info/exclude by range selecting them in the files view.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to #3259 and #3276, select a range of files and then ignore using the existing workflow.

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternatives considered, this is a simple feature.

Additional context I would be more than happy to write this if this is something y'all are interested including.
