Commits pane clashing default keybinds

Describe the bug Looking at the menu, there are two options mapped to "R" in the commits pane. Refreshing and rewording the commit with an external editor. At the moment the keybind only rewords, and does not refresh.

Manually opening the "x" menu and choosing the refresh option does work as a stopgap.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Commits pane
2. press "x"
3. See two options in menu.

Expected behavior Both options should have different keybinds
