Could releases include binaries?

Hello,

just a small request – given that it seems that providing Fulgor through Bioconda is challenging (see #40 ), would it be possible to always include with each releases binaries for the major platforms (as assets)?

Even though I thought that I finally somehow mastered the process of Fulgor compilation, I almost always encounter some new error and have to spend not-so-little-time on fixing it. Binaries would solve this.

I recently learned ( or, better: @rob-p showed me :) ) how to deploy things on Bioconda. And I did that for SSHash. We could do the same for Fulgor. The only thing I'm worried about is GGCAT :D
