Enforce server version

Prevent clients with mismatching versions from joining. I tried to implement this but for some reason, the client's supposed version was always 1.14.1 even though the client's actual version was 1.13.2 or 1.14.2.

Well, there are pros and cons to this, maybe make it enable/disable feature
