Add Discord server invite code social

Hello,

I've added the Discord server invite link as a social option! I used the provided SVG from their website, https://discord.com/branding and used https://svg-to-symbol.herokuapp.com to get it into a supported format.

Discord server invite links which are always in the format of discord.gg/CODE where CODE is either a random string or a custom string (if you're a big enough community).

Usage:
