Write install check test

Add a script whose job it is to check to make sure everything is working and in place. Add it to the end of the install script.

When it's run it will check for the presence of all required libraries and files, and output an OK/FAIL.

This can help troubleshoot the script, as well a provide some feedback to users who are building by hand so they know that, if they have problems, at least they will know which step failed or that every step succeeded and the problem may be elsewhere.
