Add `glint-info` command

Add a simple command to the .profile file, such that it outputs information about the packages installed. Something like:

GLINT EMULATION PROJECT
=======================

glint components:
  glint-es  : v1.2.0
  glint-nes : v0.1.0-beta

installed emulation packages:
  retroarch : vX.Y.Z
  fceu      : vX.Y.Z

overclock info:
  arm_freq  : 800

  ...
