(0.1.0-beta) occasional boot issues

Open brandtdaniels opened this issue 13 years ago • 2 comments

Occasionally on boot up the system won't get an IP address, the NES controller won't work, and it won't load roms from a usbdisk, although ES will still start up. These symptoms all coincide. I haven't been able to trouble shoot without an IP address because I couldn't SSH in...although now that I think about it I should connect a local keyboard and see what I can do.

When the boot sequence get stuck at "waiting for /dev to become fully populated" and produces an error, this is when the boot issues above occur.

This one drives me crazy! I noticed (By monitoring my router) that it does temporarily get an IP but then looses it for some reason. I had to reboot 3 times today before it would work.
