[Oops.] Khwarizmi's name and its English description do not match

In the first paragraph on page 2 of the latest edition (1st paperback edition — June 13, 2019), Khwarizmi's name does not include "Abu Abduallah", but the English description of his name in footnote 1 has "the father of Abdullah".

I'd suggest either to remove "the father of Abdullah" from the footnote description, or to add "Abu Abdullah" to the name as in "Abu Abdullah, Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmı".
