Composer installed FLIGHT class issues

I've successfully installed composer to my system but I still get this error: Fatal error: Class 'Flight' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\phpreport\lib\PhpReports\PhpReports.php on line 31

Hi, I have tried to install it (i am using XAMP also) but I get and error when I run composer install. I have git on my system variables but still is not recognised. Please help!!
