Per https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/office-docs-powershell/#817d40e9bfa5fcf802b0694b71fbef3944cc0fc4, Microsoft has added `HardDelete` as a purge type for `New-ComplianceSearchAction`. We should implement this as an option in Delete-Emails.ps1.
How confirmation searches currently work: 1) for each user who had matches a new search string is crafted which will exclude various deleted items folders 2) all of those searches...
When an email is deleted from only one mailbox, confirmation search gets stuck in an infinite loop (creating compliance searches forever) and is unable to verify the deletion.
As MFA adoption increases, it will become vital for Delete-Emails-O365 to support MFA-enabled login.
