mousedown / up

It's possible to add a feature (expecially useful on mobile) to allow "mousedown" and "mouseup" interaction?

when pressing on an arrow (up/down) if the button is keep pressed, the time should tickle slowly.

ie: i press (and keep down) up hour so every 200ms, the hrs will go from 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on.
