Partial mocking of built-in components

Change Summary

In #455 we implemented _brs_.mockComponentPartial. However, we don't currently have the ability to partially mock built-in components like Node, Group, etc. This is especially a bummer when you want to mock things that are unimplemented like boundingRect or m.top.getScene, as mentioned in #484.
