Make CommonInstFormat a Subclass of CsInsn
CsInsn is basically the common format we already wanted. It also includes a ton of information about the instruction:
- Operand types a. Register - needed for stack tracking - #17 b. Immediate - good to know for #10 and #19 c. Memory access - #30, #34
- Opcode types - Definitely needed for recursive descent #14 and future applications - #21, #24
