support "end_key" and "end_docid" in query_view/5

now it's possible to query ranges using start_key and end_key

Extra character at line 146 in overcraft.erl

There's an extra character before the comment in line 146: ``` q%% Function: next_attachment_bytes(Pid) -> {ok, done} | {error,Error} ``` I believe it was a mistake =)
