Bugs in Utl, syntaxrange

Some of vim-orgmode's functionality is hampered by the bugs of its depended plugins. Here are two examples:

• Vim's built-in spell function is messed up by syntaxrange plugin. #195
• Utl failed to open external file links with space(s) in the path_to_file.

I wonder if the use of depended packages is to be a permanant solution or if it is only temporary before we have the time and energy to cover them ourselves. If former is the case, then I'm afraid there is little hope for us to fix those bugs that can sometimes be annoying.

utl issue fixed( 11e0584 ) by automatically adding escape symbol to white space and \ in the link. In gil interface, the link will be reversed to original form.
