deadcode Access Violation on Windows 7

On the statrt of editor appears error message: object.Error@(0):Access Violation.

What version+os did you try. Or in case you compiled it yourself what revision+os did you use?

I use Windows 7 and precompiled binary release 0.16 win32 (zip archive on your website). My Windows is 64-bit.
