Delayed listener

Hi,

I'd replaced the countdown table of the ClockManager by a PeriodicClockListener. This latter extends a FilteredClockListener that triggers any ClockListener w.r.t. an abstract method used to determine when onClock callback must be invoked (periodically, random or whatever). There is neither comment nor update of the ChangeLog :)
