I tried this on Mac OS in Edge and also could NOT reproduce the problem.
I was able to reproduce this problem. However, I had to throttle my connection because I was never fast enough to swap in another display set prior to the original/first...
@Jeniamakarchik , thanks for submitting this. Did you happen to link the mode prior to running 3.11? Does it appear for other data sources? Thanks.

@Jeniamakarchik . I created a new mode and was able to see it listed for the dicomlocal data source. I am not sure what is going on in your case....
