Module repository change

Hello, In order to simplify development & separate scripts from module itself, I'll move module code to another, already active, repository: https://github.com/jbfavre/python-protobix

Thanks to report future issues against python-protobix repo :) cc @shtouff @josevh @skinkie

Code will be removed from python-zabbix in the next weeks
