Update FluidWarp and ZeroPoint to work on 4.0

Back after long time away. Updating the mods that I commonly use to work on latest ONI patch.

I've tested the fluidwarp for an entire game and haven't had any issues yet.

I changed some of the properties of the buildings for personal use mostly. Feel free to request reverts to those changes if you like.
